From an Idea to a Reality
INTRODUCTION
Here at Neill Grading and Construction, we know that relationships are built on trust. Because we use this as a foundational idea, 90 percent of our customers return for additional future projects. We build trust by listening and collaborating with clients throughout the entire process. We believe our success of nearly 55 years is from building relationships, not transactions. We strive to show gratitude to our amazing team that works hard to be successful in their craft. We keep a mindset that if we work hard and respect everyone around us; from our clients, right down to the newest hire we will exceed expectations. Although issues and challenges arise on all projects now and then, it is our goal to learn from them and turn weaknesses into strengths and challenges into opportunities.

We are able to execute from project inception through the close-out across multiple asset types including commercial, multifamily, municipal and industrial property classes. ABOUT US
In the mid 2000s, Neill Grading and Construction welcomed the addition of many new key personnel and the company began to broaden its services beyond grading and utilities. With this expansion, in 2011 Neill began to utilize its long held General Contractors License. The successful completion of this project spearheaded the vertical construction division with the renovation of the Hollar Hosiery Mill and land development.
